Using sports such as running, cycling, mountain biking or even wakeboarding, skydiving and scuba diving - the list is endless to give back to orphaned and vulnerable children in South Africa in a fun and easy way.

The concept is simple:

  1. Whether you are entering a competition, running a 10km race or just do sport for fun, do it for charity
  2. Get your friends, family and work colleagues to sponsor you in your challenge
  3. Fill out a sponsorship form and raise funds either per kilometre or just a once off donation
  4. Donate to SOS Children's Villages and our plight
  5. Live a lifestyle that gives back and challenges you to live a healthy way of living
